INGREDIENTS:
PRAWNS 500GMS (MEDIUM SIZED)
CHILLY POWDER 3TSP
TURMERIC POWDER 1/2 TSP
SALT 2TSP
GRATED COCONUT 1 CUP
FENNEL SEEDS 1TSP
ONION CHOPPED 3TSP
CURRY LEAVES 1 STALK
MUSTATARD SEEDS 1 TSP
OIL 2 TSP
METHOD:
Ø SHELL PRAWNS, REMOVE HEADS AND WASH WELL.
Ø COOK THE PRAWNS TILL THE WATER EVAPORATE & SMASH WELL.
Ø GRIND COARSELY THE GRATED COCONUT WITH FENNEL SEEDS AND CHILLY POWDER.
Ø POUR OIL IN A PAN, ADD MUSTARD SEEDS ,WHEN THEY START
SPUTTERING ADD CURRY LEAVES, ONION, COCONUT AND SMASHED PRAWNS AND
SALT ONE BY ONE
Ø SEASON THEM WELL WITH SPOON HANDLE.
